Rule 2.2. Definitions
Currentness
A. A “Civil violation” means any violation of the City Charter or Code, excluding Chapter 4, Chapter 8 §§ 8-16.01 and 8-16.02, and violations of the City Code specifically designated as civil traffic violations, wherein the enforcement action undertaken may result in the imposition of a civil sanction or penalty.
B. “State” means the State of Arizona.
C. “City” means the City of Phoenix.
D. “Court” means the Municipal Court of the City of Phoenix.
E. “City Code” means the Charter and City Code of the City of Phoenix.
