Rule 2.1. Scope
Currentness
These rules shall apply in all proceedings involving the adjudication of civil violations of the Phoenix City Code, excluding Chapter 4, Chapter 8 ยงยง 8-16.01 and 8-16.02, and violations of the City Code specifically designated as civil traffic violations.
