Rule 1.12. Waiver and Renewal
Currentness
A. A party loses the right under this rule to a peremptory change of judge after participation before that judge in any contested matter or contested pretrial hearing, or after the commencement of the trial.
B. When an action is remanded by an appellate court for a new trial, all rights to a peremptory change of judge are renewed.
