Rule 1.10. Assignment to Another Judge
After a request under this rule has been filed, the case shall be transferred immediately to the Assistant Presiding Judge or the Presiding Judge's designee. If a request for a change of judge is timely filed, the Assistant Presiding Judge or the Presiding Judge's designee shall reassign the case to a new judge. If a request for a change of judge is not timely filed, the Assistant Presiding Judge or the Presiding Judge's designee shall promptly assign the case back to the original judge. No further change of judge under this rule shall be permitted to the party making such a request.
