Rule 1.9. Time for Filing
Currentness
A. A notice of change of judge shall be filed within 10 days after the final pre-trial disposition conference if the matter is scheduled in the same division with the assigned division judge.
B. In all other cases, notice shall be filed immediately upon actual notice of the assignment of the case to a trial judge.
