Rule 1.6. Judge's Duties
Currentness
A. The Judge presiding at Pre-Trial Disposition Conferences shall enter appropriate judicial orders for all cases on the Pre-Trial Disposition Docket.
B. When apparent to the court that no disposition without trial can reasonably be expected, the court shall set the matter for trial.
