Rule 1.4. Attendance Mandatory
A. Attendance at the Pre-Trial Disposition Conference at the date and time scheduled is mandatory upon the defendant, his counsel, if any, and the prosecutor.
B. Failure to appear may result in the use of sanctions of Rule 33 of the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.
C. Failure of the defendant to appear in person may result in any or all of the following actions:
(1) Forfeiture of bond.
(2) Issuance of a warrant for defendant's arrest and appearance before the court for further proceedings, including the setting of appropriate bail to secure attendance when required.
(3) Such other action as justice requires.
