Rule 13. Appeal from a Superior Court Decision
(a) The Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure apply to appeals from a final decision, order, judgment, or decree of the superior court in an action to review a final administrative decision. Such appeals must be to the court of appeals in the first instance.
(b) No final decision, order, judgment, or decree issued in a superior court action to review a final administrative decision may be appealed unless it complies with Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b) or (c).
