Arizona courts are required to use Form 2(a) (Felony Arrest Warrant) and Form 2(b) (Misdemeanor Arrest Warrant), except that courts may make non-substantive and formatting modifications needed to implement electronic versions of these forms. The other forms in the following Appendix are recommended for use in Arizona courts and are sufficient to meet the requirements of these rules.
