Rule 20. Use of Discovery or Disclosure Documents
When discovery or disclosure documents are read into evidence, counsel proffering same shall submit to the court the original or a photocopy of the portion read, which shall be marked and admitted as the court’s exhibit for the purpose of having a complete and accurate record on appeal. The court’s exhibit shall not be used by the jury during deliberations or any other time except upon stipulation of counsel or order of the court where otherwise permitted by law or the rules of evidence.
