Rule 1.14. Duplicated Copies and Exhibits
Currentness
(A) Quality of Duplication. No pleading or motion will be accepted by the Clerk of the Court for filing unless it is clearly legible.
(B) Exhibits; Custody and Return. Every exhibit offered or admitted in evidence will be held in the Clerk of the Court's custody. The Court may order the return of an original exhibit provided an appropriate copy or a duplicate is substituted therefore.
