Rule 15. Findings and Judgments
When findings of fact and conclusions of law are requested pursuant to Rule 52(A), Rules of Civil Procedure, the prevailing party shall, within five (5) days after the Court has announced its decision or within such time as the Court may direct, serve upon opposing counsel and lodge with the trial Judge proposed findings and conclusions. Opposing counsel shall have five (5) days thereafter to file and serve written objections to the proposed findings and conclusions.
