Rule 14.2. Settlement Without Final Judgment
Once a case has been set for trial and either (a) the parties subsequently announce settlement, without presenting a final judgment to the Court, or (b) dissolution or annulment has been granted in open court and no decree is presented for the Judge's signature, the case shall be placed on the inactive calendar and shall be dismissed without prejudice and without further notice thirty (30) days after placement on the inactive calendar, unless during such thirty (30) day period final judgment or decree is filed and entered of record.
