Rule 14.1. Grounds for Dismissal
Currentness
Any civil action shall be dismissed for failure to prosecute upon written motion and notice to opposing counsel, or at the discretion of the Court, upon the following grounds and conditions:
a. Stipulation by plaintiff to more than three (3) separate trial settings; or
b. For other appropriate reasons as may be determined by the Court.
