Rule 13. Praecipes
All requests to the Clerk of the Court for alias summons, writs, transcripts of judgments or other process issuable as of course by the clerk shall be by a praecipe in writing which shall be filed in the action. The Clerk may refuse to issue process for noncompliance with this rule.
