Rule 214. Victim's Rights
(a) Applicable Offenses. The rights afforded victims by law apply to an act committed by a juvenile that would be a criminal or petty offense if committed by an adult.
(b) Enforcement. The court must ensure that the rights of victims are enforced as provided in the Victims' Bill of Rights, Arizona Constitution, Article 2, Section 2.1 and A.R.S. ยงยง 8-381 through 8-422.
