Rule 8.1. Notice of Hearing
Currentness
a. All motions requesting oral argument other than ex parte motions, filed with the Clerk or the Judge shall be accompanied by a “Notice of Hearing,” and shall be served upon opposing counsel.
b. The “Notice of Hearing” shall contain a reasonable estimate of the time required to present said motion. Failure to designate an estimate shall cause the matter to be set for no more than twenty (20) minutes.
