Rule 7. Special Writs, Orders to Show Cause and Habeas Corpus
No injunctions, restraining orders, orders to show cause, or other special writs shall be signed by a Judge or Court Commissioner before the petition or complaint requesting such relief has been regularly filed in the office of the Clerk or filed with a Judge of the Superior Court outside of regular court hours. In cases which do not require an immediate order upon filing, injunctions and other special writs and orders to show cause shall be presented for signature to the Judge to whom the case has been regularly assigned.
