This provision does not apply to motions or other papers which have been e-filed through the Court's e-filing system. For any paper filing with the Clerk of the Court, at the time of the filing of the original with the Clerk of the Court, a copy of all motions or other documents necessary for a judicial ruling or decision must be delivered to the judge of the division to which the case has been assigned or to Case Management Services if the case has not been assigned. The original and copies of all such motions and other documents must show the delivery of a copy to the division to which the case has been assigned.
