Habeas Corpus proceedings commenced in this Court shall be docketed as civil cases. If such proceedings are ancillary to a criminal, juvenile or domestic relations proceeding previously filed with the Court, the Clerk of the Court shall cross-reference both files and make such files available to the Court for any hearings thereon.
