Rule 2.2. Case Consolidation
Unless the Court otherwise specifies, when two (2) or more cases are consolidated, the Clerk shall regard the lowest case number as the controlling number of the consolidated cases and all further pleadings and papers shall be filed and docketed under that number only. Unless the Court otherwise specifies, it will be presumed that the consolidation is for all purposes, and not merely for the purpose of trial. The Court will hear any motion to consolidate using the lowest case number.
