Rule 5. Trial
When a case is set for trial on the merits or on questions of law, the trial shall begin or the law matters shall be disposed of at the time set and if the attorneys for either side are not present at the time of the trial or hearing, the proceedings had in their absence shall stand unless good cause is shown for their absence.
