Rule 3.11. Arbitration
Currentness
Except cases specifically excluded by Rules 72 through 76, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, all civil cases that are filed with the clerk in which the court finds or the parties agree that the amount in controversy does not exceed $40,000, shall be decided by an arbitrator or arbitrators in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. ยง 12-133 and Rules 72 through 76, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
