007.10.34-9. SEVERABILITY
If any provisions of these Rules and Regulations, or the application thereof to any person is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these Rules and Regulations which can effect without the invalid provisions of applications, and to this end the provisions hereto are declared to be severable.
