007.10.34-8. ALTERNATE SYSTEMS
8.1. Addition to alternate systems to these Rules and Regulations. Alternate systems, when developed and proven, and when approved by the Department, will be considered in applicable situations. The use of alternate systems will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Policies on their use will be provided and periodically updated by the Division of Sanitarian Services.
