006.01.1-1. General

Arkansas Tobacco Control Board (“Board”)
1.1 Meeting of Board. The Board shall meet at least two (2) times each year, time and place to be designated by the Chair of the Board in his/her official call of such meetings. However, additional regular, special, or emergency meetings may be held at the discretion of the Chair of the Board or at the written request of two (2) members of the Board.
1.2 Quorum. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. If a quorum is not present at the time of such called meeting, same may be adjourned to a later date to be designated by the Chair of the Board.
