007.10.21-XIV. INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS
A. The Health Authority, after proper identification to the proprietor or the person in charge, shall be permitted to enter, at any reasonable time, during normal working hours, any ice plant within the State of Arkansas for the purpose of making an inspection to determine compliance with these Rules and Regulations.
B. When the Health Authority finds insanitary or other conditions in the operation of any ice plant which, in his judgment, constitute a substantial hazard to public health, he shall issue a written notice to the proprietor. The notice shall specify the conditions and the corrective actions of measures to be taken by the proprietor within a designated time. A hearing may be afforded the proprietor only if a proper written request is made of the Health Authority. An inspection report, properly completed and signed, shall be considered to be a written notice. The inspection report shall be kept on file by the Health Authority for two (2) years.
C. Penalties for violations of these Rules and Regulations may be imposed as provided in Arkansas Statutes of 1947, Section 82-121.
