A. All parts of the establishment and its premises, including driveways and loading areas, shall be kept neat, clean and free of litter, rubbish and dust problems.

B. Effective control measures shall be utilized to eliminate rodents, flies and other vermin from the premises.

C. Insecticides and rodenticides shall be stored and used in such manner as not to contaminate ice or ice contact surfaces or to constitute a hazard to employees and/or customers.

D. Soiled linens, coats and aprons shall be kept in suitable containers until removed for laundering.

E. No bird and/or animal shall be allowed within the ice plant. No bird and/or animal carcass shall be stored in an area utilized to manufacture, process or store ice for human consumption. If carcasses are stored, they shall be stored in a room separate from and not used for ice for human consumption.
