007.10.21-V. PLUMBING
Currentness
A. All plumbing shall be properly sized, installed and maintained in accordance with the current Arkansas Plumbing Code.
B. Drain lines from equipment shall not discharge waste water which will permit the flooding of any floor or the flowing of water across any work area. Drain lines shall not discharge to any area difficult to clean.
C. Soil, waste or drain pipes shall be located, installed and maintained so as not to constitute a source of contamination for ice, equipment or utensils or to create an insanitary condition or nuisance.
D. The potable water system shall be installed in such manner as to preclude the possibility of backflow into the system. Fire protection outlets shall be designed and protected to discourage usage for any other purpose.
