All sewage and waste water shall be disposed of by means of a public sewerage system if one is accessible within 300 feet. If a public sewerage system is not accessible within 300 feet, the sewage shall be discharged into an approved sewerage system which is constructed, operated and maintained in conformance with current standards of the State Department of Health and Pollution Control Commission.
