1.01 These rules are promulgated pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง 6-11-105, 6-11-128, 6-13-620, 6-15-2918, 6-17-410, 6-18-213, 6-20-1805, 6-20-1904, 6-20-2001 et seq., 6-20-2101 et seq., 6-20-2201 et seq., 6-23-105, 6-80-107, 25-6-107, 25-15-204, 26-26-1907, and 26-80-101.
1.02 These rules shall apply to all public school districts, open enrollment public charter schools, and education service cooperatives.
