Installations and use of thermal insecticide vaporizers in which toxic chlorinated hydrocarbons such as Lindane or DDT are the insecticidal chemicals are prohibited in any room of an establishment where foods are processed, prepared, served, packed or stored.

B. Use in Homes

Advertising, offering for sale or sale of thermal insecticide vaporizers for use in homes and any living or sleeping quarters where the recommended chemical is a toxic chlorinated hydrocarbon such as Lindane or DDT are prohibited.

C. Food Contamination

Installation and use of insecticide dispensers or any other means by which insecticides are dispersed in food preparation and food serving areas are prohibited unless otherwise provided on the directions of the registered label.
