007.10.10-20. Severability
If any provision of these Rules and Regulations or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these Rules and Regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions hereof are declared to be severable.
