007.10.10-1. Definitions
Currentness
The following are defined for the purpose of these Regulations:
A. CAMP: Means any area provided for the purpose of temporarily engaging in recreation, health, education, sectarian or tourist related activities away from their established residences.
B. PROPRIETOR: Means any person, firm, organization, corporation, or governmental agency operating a camp.
C. PERSONNEL: Any person who performs any function which in any way could influence the health and safety of the camp guests.
