Currentness
(a) Notice of the revocation of a concealed handgun carry license shall be sent to the licensee via certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last address provided by the licensee in the Division records.
(b) An appeal from the decision to revoke a concealed handgun carry license shall be made in accordance with the appeal procedure established by the Division and the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, ACA ยงยง 25-15-201 et seq.
