Rule 2006-9 previously promulgated by the Commissioner of Revenue for the purposes of enforcing or implementing Ark. Code Ann. § 26-53-101 et seq. is hereby specifically amended as of the effective date of these rules. These rules shall be effective from and after October 15, 2008.
