126.03.7-4. Policies and Procedures.
Currentness
(a) One Call shall comply with the Arkansas One-Call System, Inc. Policies and Procedures set forth in Appendix II, which shall henceforth be the One Call Policies and Procedures.
(b) One Call shall be responsible for amending its Policies and Procedures as necessary to comply with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
(c) Any change or amendment of these Policies and Procedures shall be subject to Commission review upon request of the Commission Staff or any person affected by such change or amendment. The Commission Staff shall be notified in writing immediately after the change or amendment is adopted by One Call.
