126.03.7-2. Form of Organization.
Currentness
(a) Arkansas One-Call System, Inc. shall be the form of organization for the Arkansas One Call Center (hereafter referred to as “One Call”). One Call shall be operated as a non-profit corporation, and managed by the corporation's Board of Directors. One Call shall be operated in accordance with the by-laws set forth in Appendix I.
(b) No change in the form of organization, by-laws, or structure of the managing body shall be made without the prior approval of the Commission.
