126.03.7-1. Purpose and Scope.
Currentness
(a) The purpose of these Rules is to delineate the Commission's responsibility over an Arkansas One Call Center pursuant to Act 600 of 1987 and Act 370 of 1989 (Ark. Code Ann. ยง 14-271-101 et seq.). These Rules also establish minimum criteria for the organization of an Arkansas One Call Center, for the reporting of information to the Commission, and for other matters, and provide procedures for exemption and enforcement.
(b) These Rules do not limit the power given to the Commission pursuant to Act 600 of 1987, Act 370 of 1989 or by any other law or regulation.
