016.14.1-504. Accounting/Federal Grants Management System Reports
Currentness
I. PURPOSE: To provide a uniform departmental procedure for establishing and maintaining an efficient reporting method for departmentally administered programs.
II. PROCEDURES:
A. Administrative Services, Managerial Accounting Section, Reporting and Forecasting Unit staff receive the various Department of Finance and Administration, Division of Computer Services, Accounting/Federal Grants Management (AFGM) system reports.
B. Reporting and Forecasting staff separate, copy, and sort by cost center, program code, or other pertinent criteria, both the hard copy and microfiche AFGM reports.
C. Reporting and Forecasting staff distribute AFGM reports on a monthly basis to the appropriate divisional program manager or designee, within the specified time.
D. Reporting and Forecasting staff provide user assistance as necessary to enhance the value and usefulness of the AFGM monthly reports.
