005.28.17-17.0. Appeal to Circuit Court
Currentness
17.1 The educator may file an appeal of the State Board's final order to circuit court within thirty (30) days pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-15-201 et seq.
17.2 The 30-day time period for filing an appeal in circuit court shall run from the date the educator receives the final written order of the State Board.
