Currentness
The purpose of this Regulation is to implement and coordinate compliance with the Arkansas diabetes self-management benefits mandated for inclusion in insurance and HMO policies and contracts under the provisions of Arkansas Act 1249 of 1997, effective August 1, 1997, codified at Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง 23-79-601, et seq.
