I. PURPOSE: To establish procedures to ensure that the Department of Human Services processes all obligations by the close of the state fiscal year.
II. PROCEDURES:
A. General Fiscal Year Close-Out:
By May 1 of each fiscal year, Administrative Services will provide each division or office with a close-out package specifying procedures to be followed in submitting invoices and other related documents during fiscal year close-out.
