126.03.4-2.05. Trouble Report Records
Currentness
Each gas utility shall maintain accurate records of trouble reports. Each record shall be maintained for at least 2 years. At a minimum, each record shall include:
(1) Appropriate identification of the person(s) reporting the trouble, and the specific geographic area;
(2) Time and date of the initial report;
(3) Description of the trouble reported;
(4) Description of the trouble found by the gas utility;
(5) Action taken to clear the trouble; and,
(6) Date and time the trouble was cleared.
