126.03.4-2.02. Retention of Records
Currentness
Records required by these Rules and orders of the Commission shall be maintained for at least the period of time designated in the most current Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) rules and regulations governing the preservation of records for natural gas utilities, or as specifically provided for in these Rules or orders of the Commission, whichever period of time is longer. In any event, such records shall be maintained for at least 2 years.
