Currentness
Each gas utility shall maintain records within the State of Arkansas, at the offices of the gas utility, or at locations outside the State of Arkansas authorized by the Commission. Such records shall be available at all reasonable hours for examination by the Commission, its representatives, or others authorized by the Commission.
