Pursuant to the authority granted by Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง 26-18-301 and 26-52-105, the Director of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration promulgates the following rules for the purpose of facilitating compliance with the Arkansas Gross Receipts Act of 1941, as amended, and to facilitate the administration, enforcement, and collection of the tax.
