131.00.2-3-7. Restoration of eligibility. [6 CAR § 530-307]
(a)(1) Soldiers and airmen ineligible for National Guard Tuition Waiver due to a suspension of favorable actions as outlined in 6 CAR § 530-202(c) and § 530-203(c) remain ineligible for the waiver for the duration of the suspension.
(2) Subject to remaining eligibility requirements, the soldier or airman is eligible for the National Guard Tuition Waiver in the first term (semester or intersession) that commences following removal of the suspension.
(b) Soldiers and airmen ineligible for the National Guard Tuition Waiver due to any other reason, including but not limited to satisfactory academic progress and institutional good standing, may submit a written request for exception to policy in accordance with 6 CAR § 530-308.
