Currentness
(a) In any hearing held for the purpose of affording a person the opportunity to demonstrate his or her qualifications after the denial of a license, the burden of proof shall be on the applicant.
(b) In any hearing held for the purpose of affording a person the opportunity to demonstrate his or her qualifications after a suspension or revocation of a license, the burden of proof shall be on the Division.
(c) The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, ACA ยงยง 25-15-201 et seq.
