Currentness
The initial treatment plan is to be developed and implemented within twenty-four (24) hours, based on assessments that determined all immediate problems and needs such as; medical condition, nutrition, clothing, personal hygiene, legal issues and emergency contacts and the actions taken to meet those needs.
